Rehearsal Day & Time: Please call if interested. The Adult Dance Team is the newest and most exciting addition to LDW Studios! This energetic and empowering program is designed for dancers 25 and older, offering a fantastic way to express creativity, build community, and enhance both fitness and mental wellness. Dancers on this team will explore a variety of genres, including HBCU-style, hip-hop, liturgical, contemporary, and more—there are no limits to what you’ll experience! Whether you’re returning to dance or starting fresh, this team provides a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for all skill levels. To maintain a safe and clean environment, outside street shoes are not allowed on the Marley dance floor. Don’t forget to bring water to stay hydrated during rehearsals.
