Rehearsal Day & Time: Thursdays 6:30 - 8:00 The Adult Dance Team is the newest and most exciting addition to LDW Studios! This energetic and empowering program is designed for dancers 18 and older, offering a fantastic way to express creativity, build community, and enhance both fitness and mental wellness. Dancers on this team will explore a variety of genres, including HBCU-style, hip-hop, liturgical, contemporary, and more—there are no limits to what you’ll experience! Whether you’re returning to dance or starting fresh, this team provides a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for all skill levels. To maintain a safe and clean environment, outside street shoes are not allowed on the Marley dance floor. Don’t forget to bring water to stay hydrated during rehearsals.
